Wes studied Urban Forestry management at Hennepin Technical College, is a repeat top competitor in MSA tree climbing competition, and is an active member in his local MSA (Minnesota society of arboriculture). He has over a decade of experience in the tree care and urban forestry management industry. Since a young age Wes’s entire life has been dedicated to the careful care and management of trees. Wes always continues to learn and takes a scientific and calculated approach to caring for trees. Ashley manages all the office work at Pro-Tree including accounts receivable, accounts payable, scheduling and logistics. She plays a very critical role in the company by making sure all our crews are on time and communicating with customers. Ashley is the friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call our office or send an email. She is a certified pesticide applicator and you may also see her spraying or injecting trees on your property. In her free time Ashley enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her dogs (Ranger and Duke) and usually has them in the office with her.

Tanner oversees the day to day production of Pro-Trees Pruning and removal division and can be found on every job site. Tanner is an expert leader and communicator with years of experience and he thrives off of having a team that works together like a well oiled machine. Tanner always takes time to communicate with his customers well on a job site insuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, that is if he's not swinging from a tree or driving a loader. Tanners has a passion for larger tree removal and loves to drive his shinny grapple truck. He is a hard worker with a 'get her done' attitude and will settle for nothing but perfection. Eli is the lead trainer and coach at Pro-Tree helping the team advance and improve on their climbing and arborist skills. Eli is also one of our lead climbing arborists and can be found on every job site. Eli studied forestry at the University of Maine where he earned a bachelor's degree in forest management. Eli has over 15 years experience practicing arboriculture and forest management and is considered an industrial athlete. Eli's interests include training, technical climbing and rigging. Eli moved to the Twin Cities to start a family and raise his young daughter Juniper with his wife Emma. In his free time he enjoys riding his bike and being outdoors.
