Pricing
- $325 per hour charged port to port, 4 hour minimum ($1300).
- Overtime beyond 8 hours will be charged at an additional $25 per hour.
- Site inspections are requested at the discretion of the contractor. A $50 site visit fee is due when the site inspection is requested. If the work is approved and completed, the $50 site visit fee will be applied as a credit to the invoice for the work performed.
- If a site inspection is not requested and our crane/operator arrives at the worksite but is unable to complete the work due to technical limitation, size, or reach, the contractor will be billed for the port to port drive time.
Booking terms & cancellation
- A valid credit card is required to be kept on file before any work is scheduled. Payment will be processed automatically after the work is completed.
- Contractor must provide the correct work site address and details at the time of booking.
- Clear confirmation must be given by both parties to validate the booking. If confirmation is not given and received, the booking is not valid. Pro Tree is not responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of an invalid booking.
- This equipment is specifically designed for emergency mitigation work and is under contractual obligation through several municipalities and agencies for timely emergency response. Pro Tree reserves the right to reschedule or cancel work at any time with or without notice.
Things to know Before Scheduling
- Footprint: The AGC has a 20FT wheelbase and is 29FT bumper to bumper, Outrigger spread is 28 feet
- The AGC is Operated by a NCCER knuckle boom crane operator
- When erecting this crane all tires must remain on the ground and the crane must stay within 5 degrees of level. The crane is equipped with cribbing and dunnage to help get it to level.
- The AGC is designed specifically for emergency response work and is already under contract by various municipalities and other agencies for emergency work; we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work at any time without notice. We appreciate your understanding.

Pricing and Scheduling:
- Grapple truck tree debris disposal loads are $700 per load plus debris disposal costs, depending on disposal sites (between $200-$350 per load)
- This is for pile pickups within 30 miles of Shakopee, sites outside of that 30 mile range will be $3.00 per loaded mile from the pile pickup to debris disposal site
- This includes only one site pickup, jobs that require more than one site pickup will require custom pricing
- Pile pickups will be performed within 48 hours of when the pile pickup is called into our office for dispatch, this does not include weekends or holidays
